By using this website, creating a member account, creating a merchant account, joining our rewards community, receiving communications from us, or using any feature connected to BinPerks, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific features, offers, rewards, merchant tools, or services.
Accessing this site in any manner, whether manually, automatically, or through any connected service, constitutes use of the site and your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

Our Limited License to You

Unless expressly permitted by these Terms & Conditions or by written permission from BinPerks LLC, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works from, exploit, or distribute any material from the site in any manner or medium.
You may download or print one copy of individual pages for your own personal or internal business use, provided that you keep all copyright, trademark, and proprietary notices intact.
Your License to Us

BinPerks Membership
BinPerks is designed as a rewards community for bin store shoppers. Members may be able to earn stamps, access VIP-style perks, receive updates from participating stores, attend or learn about events, and receive offers or rewards made available through BinPerks or participating merchants.
Membership features may change from time to time. Rewards, stamps, offers, events, and benefits are not guaranteed and may vary by location, participating store, merchant, campaign, promotion, or account status.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when creating or updating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate any account if we believe the account is being used fraudulently, abusively, dishonestly, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Rewards, Stamps, Perks, and Offers
BinPerks rewards, stamps, perks, coupons, credits, discounts, event benefits, or other offers may be subject to additional rules, expiration dates, redemption requirements, participating merchant policies, and availability.
Unless otherwise stated:
-Rewards have no cash value.
-Rewards may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
-Rewards may be limited to specific stores, locations, dates, products, services, events, or campaigns.
-Participating merchants are responsible for honoring their own approved offers, rewards, and redemption terms.
-BinPerks may update, pause, remove, or correct reward details if an error, misuse, or system issue occurs.
-Lost, expired, misused, or fraudulently obtained rewards may not be replaced.
BinPerks does not guarantee that any specific reward, store offer, merchant perk, event, or promotion will always be available.
Participating Merchants
Merchants who use BinPerks are responsible for the accuracy of their store information, offers, rewards, promotions, event details, redemption rules, pricing, product availability, customer interactions, and compliance with applicable laws.
By submitting store information, offers, logos, images, promotions, or event details, merchants authorize BinPerks to display and use that content on the site, dashboards, member communications, SMS campaigns, emails, social media, promotional materials, and related services.
BinPerks may approve, reject, edit, pause, or remove merchant content if we believe it is inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, unlawful, or inconsistent with our platform.
Merchants are responsible for fulfilling their own offers and handling any customer questions, disputes, product issues, in-store experiences, refunds, exchanges, or redemptions related to their business unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-Party Stores, Products, and Services
BinPerks may feature participating bin stores, merchants, offers, events, products, services, websites, social media pages, or third-party platforms.
We do not own or control the inventory, pricing, products, store operations, policies, events, or services of participating merchants unless expressly stated. Any purchase, visit, redemption, pickup, return, exchange, dispute, or transaction with a participating merchant is between you and that merchant.
BinPerks is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, availability, accuracy, pricing, fulfillment, condition, or performance of any third-party product, store, event, offer, or service.
You agree that BinPerks LLC shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, dispute, or issue arising from your participation, purchase, redemption, visit, communication, or business dealings with any participating merchant or third party.
Online Commerce

If you believe in good faith that materials hosted by BinPerks LLC infringe your copyright, you or your agent may send BinPerks LLC a notice requesting that the material be removed or access to it be blocked.
Any notification that fails to comply with the requirements of the DMCA may not be considered sufficient notice and may not be deemed to give BinPerks LLC actual knowledge of infringing material or activity.

Governing Law

Assignment

BinPerks LLC may freely assign its rights and obligations under these Terms & Conditions to any affiliated entity, successor, purchaser, or related business.
